Soccer Recap: Mount Vernon Comes Up Short

Mount Vernon was the 4-3 winner over Chapel Hill when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Mount Vernon Tigers fell just short of the Chapel Hill Red Devils by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mount Vernon's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Chapel Hill, they moved to 5-14 with that victory, which also ended their seven-game losing streak.

As of now, neither Mount Vernon nor Chapel Hill have any future games scheduled.
