Skyline is a perfect 7-0 against Alta since November of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Eagles will square off against the Hawks at 6:30 p.m. Skyline is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.

Skyline is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Utah's top teams: Syracuse, who was ranked ninth at the time (Skyline was ranked sixth). The Eagles fell 3-1 to the Titans on Monday.

The 3-1 doesn't really show just how close this match was: all the sets Skyline lost were decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-22, 22-25, 26-24.

Meanwhile, Alta posted their closest victory since August 28th on Tuesday. They skirted past Viewmont 3-2.

Alta took Viewmont into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-23, 26-28, 20-25, 15-9.

Alta's win ended a five-match drought on the road and puts them at 14-13. As for Skyline, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-7.

Everything went Skyline's way against Alta in their previous matchup back in September, as Skyline made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
