Basketball Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 52-28 to the Canton-Galva Eagles. The Leopards were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in March of 2015.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Canton-Galva, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Thunder Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Canton-Galva, they will take on Central Plains on Thursday.
