Softball Recap: Montgomery Central Comes Up Short

Montgomery Central fell victim to McEwen and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They fell just short of the McEwen Warriors by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that the Indians have lost by just one run.

Montgomery Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Montgomery Central will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rossview at 5:30 p.m. on March 18th. As for McEwen, they will venture away from home to square off against Waverly Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
