Basketball Recap: Universal Takes a Loss

Universal lost against Islamic Foundation back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Universal Stars took a 73-63 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Islamic Foundation Chargers. The Stars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Universal's loss dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Islamic Foundation, their victory bumped their record up to 9-13.

Coming up, Universal won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Hancock at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Islamic Foundation, they will welcome ITW David Speer Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
