Baseball Recap: Tecumseh Finishes Even with Woodhaven

Tecumseh can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They and the Woodhaven Warriors finished up their contest with a 2-2 draw.

Rocco Williams spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on six hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Tecumseh's tie makes their record 15-13-3 this season. Meanwhile, Woodhaven's record is now 28-8-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tecumseh will square off against Columbia Central at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Indians are facing the Golden Eagles at the right time seeing as the Golden Eagles are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Woodhaven, they will face off against Walled Lake Central at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
