Terrell Academy is 10-0 against Westwood since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. On Friday, Terrell Academy needed a bit of extra time to put away Fullington Academy. They secured a 62-58 W over the Trojans. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 41st, while the Trojans are ranked 242nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Westwood had to suffer through a 69-29 loss at the hands of Brookwood.

Westwood's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Terrell Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

Terrell Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Westwood in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, winning 56-43. Does Terrell Academy have another victory up their sleeve, or will Westwood turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
