Soccer Recap: Lagrange Extends Winning Streak to Three

LaGrange's match on Thursday was close up to the half, which is when they kicked things up a notch. They put the hurt on the Spalding Jaguars with a sharp 4-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Grangers, who have now won three games by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Spalding with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Reese Humphries (2), Audrey Hill, and Kelsey Burks.

The win (which was LaGrange's third in a row) raised their record to 3-6. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those three contests. As for Spalding, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. LaGrange will head out to take on Trinity Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Spalding, they are taking a road trip to face off against Mary Persons at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
