Baseball Recap: Knox Takes a Loss

Knox lost against Glenn back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Redskins fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 3-2. The Redskins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Knox saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Myles Mclaughlin, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Knox's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Glenn, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-8.

Coming up, Knox will host Tippecanoe Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glenn, they are taking a road trip to take on Boone Grove at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. The Wolves will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight.
