Volleyball Recap: Ritchie County Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tyler, Ritchie County was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Sissonville Indians by a score of 2-0.

Ritchie County's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Sissonville, their loss was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-16.

Ritchie County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against St. Albans on the 25th. As for Sissonville, they will square off against Nitro at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Indians surely won't give up without a fight.
