Basketball Recap: Eight Straight Home Victories for Centennial

The Stars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Centennial's victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.5 points per game. As for Whetstone, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Centennial will take on Linden-McKinley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Centennial is facing Linden-McKinley at the right time seeing as Linden-McKinley is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Whetstone, they will challenge East at 7:00 p.m. on January 14th.
