Clinton had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 47-30 win over the Anderson County Mavericks. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 44-37 back in January.

Clinton's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Anderson County, they now have a losing record at 8-9.

Looking ahead, Clinton will square off against Powell at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Anderson County, they will face off against Cumberland Gap at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
