Basketball Recap: Archbishop Stepinac Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Archbishop Stepinac had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Sunday. They put the hurt on the Bishop Loughlin Lions with a sharp 82-59 victory. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 22 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Archbishop Stepinac to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jasiah Jervis, who shot 62% from the field to rack up 25 points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Josh Rivera, who went 6-for-8 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points.

Archbishop Stepinac smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in January of 2025.
