Volleyball Game Preview: Belvidere Bucs vs. Rockford Auburn Knights

Belvidere is 1-8 against Rockford Auburn since May of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Bucs will look to defend their home court against the Knights at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Thursday, Belvidere came up short against Jefferson and fell 2-0.

While Belvidere had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Rockford Auburn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of St. Patrick.

Belvidere's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Rockford Auburn, they now have a losing record of 12-13.
