Basketball Recap: Florida College Academy's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Florida College Academy won the last time they faced Winter Haven Christian and things went their way on Thursday too. Everything went the Florida College Academy Falcons' way against the Winter Haven Christian Warriors as the Florida College Academy Falcons made off with a 46-21 victory. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 23 points or more this season.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Alex Saint Val, who posted nine points. Grace Torres was another key player, putting up seven points.

The win was the fourth in a row for Florida College Academy, bringing their record for this year to 7-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.3 points over those games. As for Winter Haven Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.

Florida College Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 41-34 loss against Families Instructing Students HomeSchool on the 10th. As for Winter Haven Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 25-15 victory against Candlelight Christian Academy on the 7th.
