Basketball Recap: Harmony Bryant Key Part of a Team Effort in Bulldogs Win

Thomasville won the last time they faced Berrien and things went their way on Saturday too. The Thomasville Bulldogs strolled past the Berrien Rebels with points to spare, taking the game 56-39. The Bulldogs pushed the score to 49-26 by the end of the third, a deficit the Rebels cut but never quite recovered from.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Thomasville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Harmony Bryant, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 14 rebounds. Bryant is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last 12 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Jaleah Brown, who posted 12 points and four steals.

Thomasville was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in three consecutive matchups.

The victory got Thomasville back to even at 10-10. As for Berrien, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 15 of their last 16 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-20 record this season.
