Basketball Game Preview: Perry Panthers vs. Veterans Warhawks + Official Tickets

Perry is 1-9 against Veterans since November of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Panthers will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the Warhawks at 6:00 p.m.

On Saturday, Perry came up short against Northside and fell 45-35. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 317th, while the Eagles are ranked 127th).

Veterans fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They walked away with a 51-40 win over Central on Saturday.

Veterans' victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Perry, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
