Basketball Recap: Bronx High School of Science Find Success

Bronx High School of Science pushed their score to 59 the last time they played Columbus, but on Thursday they couldn't quite do it again. The Bronx High School of Science Wolverines snuck past the Columbus Sharks with a 28-24 victory. This was payback for the Wolverines, who suffered a 62-59 loss the last time these two teams met.

Bronx High School of Science now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Columbus, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Bronx High School of Science and Roosevelt Educational will compete for holiday cheer at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bronx High School of Science is facing Roosevelt Educational at the right time seeing as Roosevelt Educational is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Columbus, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 40-17 win against Lehman on the 14th.
