Basketball Game Preview: Northmor Golden Knights vs. Colonel Crawford Eagles

Northmor is 2-8 against Colonel Crawford since November of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Northmor Golden Knights will welcome the Colonel Crawford Eagles at 7:15 p.m.

Northmor is headed into Monday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Friday. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 44-39 heartbreaker at the hands of Fredericktown. While losing is never fun, the Golden Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 544th, while the Freddies are ranked 175th).

Meanwhile, Colonel Crawford put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down Carey 32-16.

Colonel Crawford pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Northmor, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
