Softball Game Preview: Timberline Wolves vs. Eagle Mustangs

Timberline hasn't had much luck against Eagle recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Wolves will welcome the Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. Timberline has given up an average of 14 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Saturday just wasn't the day for Timberline's offense. They lost 18-0 to Mountain View on Saturday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last six times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Meanwhile, Eagle didn't have quite enough to beat Thunder Ridge on Saturday and fell 17-15. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Saturday (14), the Mustangs still had to take the loss.

Timberline's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Eagle, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.
