The Madisonville Mustangs will face off against the Bellville Brahmas at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Madisonville took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They were the clear victor by an 11-4 margin over Trinity.

Maylynn McCarty spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on seven hits and racked up six Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
