Parkway Central and Pattonville are an even 3-3 against one another since May of 2019, but likely not for long. Parkway Central will challenge Pattonville at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Parkway Central's hitters haven't had much luck over their past three matchups, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Parkway Central managed to slip by Marquette the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Parkway Central lost 8-0 to Marquette on Friday. Colts fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Mustangs since on Friday.

Parkway Central saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colin Applebaum, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Pattonville's offense. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Windsor on Wednesday. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pattonville now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Parkway Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Parkway Central couldn't quite finish off Pattonville in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 and fell 6-4. Can Parkway Central avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
