Basketball Recap: Loganville Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Loganville Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 76-65 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lakeview Academy Lions. While losing is never fun, Loganville Christian Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 450th, while Lakeview Academy is ranked 111th).

Loganville Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Lakeview Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Loganville Christian Academy will host Bethlehem Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lakeview Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lanier Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
