Onaga entered their tilt with Cair Paravel on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Lions. The Buffaloes were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Lions, so the Buffaloes were just returning the favor.

Lauryn Marten paced Onaga's offense, picking up ten kills. Marten got some help from Abbie Ringel and her 21 assists. Marten also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Natalie Boswell, racking up two apiece.

Onaga's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Cair Paravel, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

Onaga has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Jackson Heights on the 13th. As for Cair Paravel, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Frankfort on the 13th.
