After losing to Augusta Southeastern the last time they met, West Prairie decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cyclones sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  2-1  win over the Suns  on Wednesday. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Cyclones.
 It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day West Prairie got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 17-25,  25-13.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead West Prairie to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Madelynn Sullivan, who  had 31 assists and eight  digs. Sullivan is  on a roll when it comes to  assists, as she's  now  posted 14 or more in each of the last three games she's  played.  Abby Starbuck was another key player,  getting 15  digs and two  aces.
West Prairie's victory bumped their record up to 15-12. As for Augusta Southeastern,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 17-5.
 West Prairie didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  2-0  win against Knoxville on the 11th. As for Augusta Southeastern, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  matchup,  a  2-0  victory against Triopia/Virginia on the 11th.
