After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Plaquemine, Baker was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 49-14 win over the Capitol Lions. The Buffaloes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 34 points or more this season.

Baker's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Capitol, they dropped their record down to 2-15 with the loss, which was their eighth straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Baker will take on Istrouma at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Capitol, they will face off against West Feliciana at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
