Preview: Passaic Indians vs. Paramus Spartans
The Passaic Indians will head out on the road to take on the Paramus Spartans at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Paramus took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Passaic, who comes in off a win.
Passaic can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They came out on top against Bergen Tech by a score of 35-27.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Paramus, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 58-40 loss to Northern Highlands on Thursday. Paramus has struggled against Northern Highlands recently, as their match on Thursday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Passaic now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Paramus, they dropped their record down to 5-16 with that loss, which was their eighth straight on the road.
Passaic came up short against Paramus in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, falling 58-49. Can Passaic avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
