John Paone Game Report: @ Rivers

Lawrence Academy found a leader in John Paone as the squad took down Rivers on Wednesday. Paone wasn't messing around, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. The pitching appearance was his third straight with two or fewer walks.

Coming up, Paone and Lawrence Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Mark's at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lions will enter the matchup having just beaten Middlesex, so the Spartans will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
