Mountain Home had lost five straight on the road, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 6-10 to make it six. They fell just short of Jerome by a score of 13-12. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Jerome this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-4 on Thursday.

Averie Pierson was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three runs and two RBI. Orie Rau was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
