Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northern Highlands). They put the hurt on the Tenafly Tigers with a sharp 24-4 win on Wednesday. The victory continues a trend for the Highlanders in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

Northern Highlands pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.7 runs over those games. As for Tenafly, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Northern Highlands beat the Tigers by a score of 22-4 later that day.
