Bloomington South saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carly Reed, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run. Another was Sloane Barrett, who went 1-for-4 with two runs and one double.

Terre Haute North Vigo's loss dropped their record down to 22-6. As for Bloomington South, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.

Terre Haute North Vigo came up short against Bloomington South in their previous matchup back in April, falling 6-1. Can the Patriots avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
