Flag Football Recap: Stephens County Starts Season with Loss at Home

Stephens County unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Cedar Shoals Jaguars on Thursday, falling 21-0.

The win was the fourth in a row for Cedar Shoals, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Stephens County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 27-0 loss against East Jackson on the 16th. As for Cedar Shoals, they will face off against Columbus at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
