Baseball Recap: Bryan Station Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Bryan Station Defenders came up short against the Christian Academy-Louisville Centurions and fell 9-5.

Bryce Brooks made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2. Hudson Staton was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Bryan Station's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Christian Academy-Louisville, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Bryan Station will host East Jessamine at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Christian Academy-Louisville, they will square off against Southern at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
