Soccer Game Preview: Imperial vs. Brawley

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Imperial face off against the Brawley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday... Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Imperial lost 4-1 to Central on Tuesday. The Tigers have struggled against the Spartans recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Brawley's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Calexico by a score of 2-1.

Brawley's loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-6-2. As for Imperial, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.
