Wahpeton had trouble last Friday, and unfortunately for them, their opponent this week is a big step up in difficulty. They will challenge Shanley on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. The odds don't look promising for Wahpeton, but the bigger the opponent is, the harder they fall.

Wahpeton have to be aching after a bruising 0-30 defeat to Jamestown. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Wahpeton.

Meanwhile, Shanley might be getting used to good results now that the squad have seven wins in a row. They secured a 16-12 W over Valley City.

Shanley's victory lifted them to 7-0 while Wahpeton's loss dropped them down to 1-6. We'll see if Shanley's success rolls on or if Wahpeton are able to steal their positive momentum.
