South Williamsport dropped their record down to 18-6 on Thursday, which also ended the team's six-game streak of wins. They fell 8-3 to the Neshannock Lancers. The Mountaineers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Lancers from their previous meeting back in June of 2024.

For Neshannock's part, Addy Frye was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run.
