Softball Recap: Westlake Takes a Loss

Westlake lost against Jennings back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rams took a 10-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Westlake's loss dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Jennings, their record is now 11-7.

Coming up, Westlake will face off against DeRidder at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Dragons have averaged an impressive 7.6 runs per game this season. As for Jennings, they will take on St. Edmund at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs are facing the Fighting Blue Jays at the right time seeing as the Fighting Blue Jays are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
