Liam Meeker put forth a good effort for the losing side as he rushed for 132 yards on only 13 carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 70-yard run.
Leuzinger's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Mira Costa, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.
Leuzinger took a serious blow against Mira Costa in their previous matchup back in October of 2019, falling 42-14.
