For the second straight game, Pacific Grove will face off against Everett Alvarez. The Breakers will host the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pacific Grove is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

Pacific Grove barely beat Everett Alvarez the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Breakers never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Breakers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won six in a row.

Charlie Edmonds looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on North Kirk, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That triple was his first of the season. Brody Edmonds was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Pacific Grove was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .379. The last time their batting average was this high was back in April of 2025.

Everett Alvarez is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4. As for Pacific Grove, the victory got them back to even at 2-2-1.
