Softball Recap: Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage Takes a Loss

Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 23rd straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 21-6 to the Mineral County Serpents. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Serpents this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-1 on Friday.

Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Mineral County, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Sierra Sage Academy/Right Of Passage does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mineral County, they will challenge Wells at 8:30 a.m. on Friday. The Leopards will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something the Serpents surely won't give up without a fight.
