The A.L. Brown Wonders will head out to challenge the South Iredell Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. A.L. Brown is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season.

A.L. Brown came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 13-3 to Mooresville. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wonders have suffered since March 20th.

Marynda Blackwelder was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 1-for-3. Myla McNeely was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, South Iredell came up short against Lake Norman on Tuesday and fell 10-7.

South Iredell's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for A.L. Brown, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5-1.

A.L. Brown couldn't quite get it done against South Iredell when the teams last played back in March as they fell 10-5. Can the Wonders avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
