Soccer Game Preview: Highlands Ranch vs. Mountain Vista + How To Watch

The Highlands Ranch Falcons will head out to challenge the Mountain Vista Golden Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Highlands Ranch will take to the pitch after a defensive showdown against Heritage in which the teams kept the score low despite 15 shots on goal. The Falcons and the Eagles finished up their match with a 0-0 draw on Thursday.

Highlands Ranch was without their leading scorer, Asher Christus, in Thursday's contest. With Christus sidelined, the Falcons had to make some changes to the lineup. Jaden Prideaux played for 80 minutes having averaged 57.3 this season and Dillon Bennett got 70 vs. an average of 47.4.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mountain Vista). They never let Douglas County get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Saturday. Mountain Vista haven't had any issues with Douglas County recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Mountain Vista now has a winning record of 4-3-2. Highlands Ranch's draw makes their record 4-1-4 this season.

Highlands Ranch suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Mountain Vista in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Falcons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
