Volleyball Recap: Faith Orquiola Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Palmdale Academy Charter School

Faith Baptist won the last time they faced Palmdale Academy Charter School and things went their way on Monday too. The Contenders put the hurt on the Jaguars with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Contenders.

Faith Baptist was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19, 25-16.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Faith Baptist to victory, but perhaps none more so than Faith Orquiola, who had six digs and two aces. That's the most aces Orquiola has posted since back in September. Keira Correos was another key player, getting six digs and four aces.
