Volleyball Recap: Chattahoochee Find Success

The Chattahoochee Cougars were able to grind out a solid win over the Collins Hill Eagles on Saturday, taking the game 2-0.

Elise Martinez paced Chattahoochee's offense, picking up nine kills. Martinez were helped by Isabella Podesta and Julia Karabolad, who contributed nine assists each. Karabolad was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Despite the loss, Collins Hill still got an impressive performance from Abby Kim, who had 13 digs and one assist.

Chattahoochee's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Collins Hill, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Chattahoochee didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Mount Pisgah Christian on the 9th. As for Collins Hill, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Forsyth Central on the 9th.
