Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Monarch walked away with it. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Knights who were credited with the victory on Friday. The Monarch Knights got it done in the shootout by posting six goals to the Deerfield Beach Bucks's five. This was a revenge game for Monarch: when they faced off against Deerfield Beach last Tuesday, they had to take a 1-0 defeat.
