Volleyball Recap: West Jessamine Colts vs. East Jessamine Jaguars
West Jessamine and East Jessamine faced off in a cross-town battle on Monday. The West Jessamine Colts put the hurt on the East Jessamine Jaguars with a sharp 3-0 victory. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Colts this season.
The final score came out to 25-9, 25-17, 25-11.
Sam Smith paced West Jessamine's offense, picking up 12 kills. Smith got some help from Carson Beers and his 24 assists. Beers was also solid from the service line: he led the team with five aces.
