Softball Recap: Muskego Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

Muskego had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Waukesha North Northstars by a score of 5-1. The Warriors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Northstars, too.

Muskego pushed their record up to 4-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.7 runs over those games. As for Waukesha North, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Coincidentally, Muskego and Waukesha North will both be playing Catholic Memorial the next time they take the field. The Warriors will host the Crusaders at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Northstars will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
