Basketball Recap: Overland Extends Home Winning Streak to Five

There's no place like home for Overland, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They walked away with a 45-36 victory over the Arapahoe Warriors on Friday. The Trailblazers haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Overland's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kymani Eason, who went 5-for-7 on his way to 13 points. That's the most points Eason has posted since back in February of 2024. Another player making a difference was Tj Manuel, who earned nine points.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ryan Pramenko, who went 8-for-17 en route to 17 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Miles McMonigle, who had eight points.

Overland pushed their record up to 9-12 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Arapahoe, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-6.

Overland has already played their next matchup, a 62-59 defeat against Eaglecrest on the 20th. As for Arapahoe, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 60-41 victory against Cherokee Trail on the 20th.
