Volleyball Recap: North Port Comes Up Short

If North Port was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Imagine School at North Port on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bobcats came up short against the Charlotte Fightin' Tarpons on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Bobcats have struggled against the Fightin' Tarpons recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-16, 25-8.

North Port's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Charlotte, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, North Port will take on DeSoto County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Charlotte, they will square off against Riverdale at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
