Friendship Tech Prep Academy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup last Saturday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 77-43 win over Parkside. Winning may never get old, but the Titans sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Friendship Tech Prep Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mekhi Polk, who posted 19 points in addition to six assists and four steals. Polk has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 12 times he's played. Jackson-Reed's win was their 24th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 23-7. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 40.5 points. As for Friendship Tech Prep Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 23-7.

Friendship Tech Prep Academy ended up a good deal behind Jackson-Reed in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, losing 74-57.
